FUEL CAPS & ALUMINUM ENGRAVING

Aircraft Engravers is your first source for specialty aluminum engravings.  Commonly requested orders are fuel caps with specific text requirements.  All text is filled with black paint unless otherwise specified.  Please contact us for a quote on any other special engraving needs.

ALUMINUM FUEL CAP ENGRAVING

Each fuel cap supplied by you will be engraved .020" deep and filled with a black two part enamel paint.  Other colors are available on request. Each person has their own  individual idea as to what needs to be engraved on their fuel caps as seen on the samples below.

 This style has two different widths and heights of the text.

Before you ship the caps to be engraved;

1) If you want your caps to have a finished look other than the standard cap finish such as; sanded, polished, buffed or anodized this must be done BEFORE shipping them to be engraved.   

2) If your in a rush or your tanks are wet (fuel in them) call us to find out what our schedule is BEFORE shipping.

3) Please send the whole cap in to be engraved, do not disassemble them, we need to have the locking tabs and parts to secure them into our engraving fixture. 

4) Specify the text and layout.

5) Specify the text fill paint color if other than black.

6) Include the date you want them back.

7) All prices are excluding shipping and handling charges.

 

*NOTE: That any brand of fuel cap can have any of the three styles of engraving shown above.
